Mystery Box Co started with a simple idea: take the thrill of unclaimed mail and surprise packages and bring it straight to folks who love a good mystery. We're a small, family-run operation tucked in the hills of Appalachia — and every box we pack is done with care, a little bit of country charm, and a whole lot of excitement.
From the Creek to Yer Doorstep
It all started when we stumbled onto a pallet of unclaimed mail packages at a local auction. Inside were electronics, tools, shoes, bags — all kinds of surprises. We thought, "Why not share this feelin' with the rest of the country?"
Since then, we've been sourcing unclaimed mail packages, customer returns, and overstock goods from warehouses and auctions across the region. Every item is inspected before it goes in a box — we want you surprised, not disappointed.
We named our boxes after the land we love: The Creek, The Holler, and The Mountain. Each one's a little bigger, a little bolder, and packed with more mystery than the last.

We ship via USPS or UPS depending on yer location and box size. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.

Shipping is always included in the price of yer box. No hidden fees, no surprises — well, except for what's inside the box.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking
Once yer order ships, we'll send a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout so you can watch it make its way down the holler to yer door.
